Here in it is not celebrated I think, I do not see any mention to this day anywhere, and I end up remembering about it when my mum calls from Buenos Aires to say hello and wish me a beautiful day!
I have been living in Toronto with my husband for almost 7 years now, and I do not see ads on the papers, radio or TV related to women's day, as I used to see in Argentina.
I do think that's strange. In Norway, newspapers, radio and TV are filled with women's rights related stuff that day. I wouldn't think Canada was so much different.
I'm thirty something, lucky mother of two, math teacher and passionately knitting a bit - or lot - every day.

Oops... I meant 'here in Canada'...
I thought women's day was celebrated more or less all over the world, and would at least expect it in Canada..?
I would have thought that too.

Surprising, eh?
